[Athen] Accessibility workflow query

Our college is interested in learning from others how they handle accessibility workflows.  Specifically, how is your college working towards total accessibility of online materials?  Below is a list of the main questions we are concerned with:

*         What outreach and/or training are you offering or requiring faculty to do?

*         Do you have a lab where you offer support for faculty wishing to make their materials accessible?

*         Do you have a timeline for accessibility (i.e. by ___date all online Word docs will be accessible, by ___date all PDFs will be accessible, etc.)

Since achieving WCAG 2.0 standards is such a big task, I'm eager to develop a systematic approach.
