[Athen] Table headings in GoogleDocs?

Samantha Johns is correct about headings for google docs tables.

There really aren't headers per say in these docs, but there's navigation short cuts which can be helpful. Even sheets don't have headers, just the ability to "freeze".

CTRL+space will select column and shift+space will select a row. Should help with row/column headings.

I believe you can only mark it at a heading level using the format tool.
