[Athen] Working with Japanese

Hello,

The screenreader would need to be set to Japanese to read these characters,
NVDA has a free download. Then when you OCR just make sure it is real text,
and set the language if it is PDF format.

Test it out with the student and see if this works, let me know how it
goes.
