Hi
The transformer, by Enhanced Vision, is a portable CCTV for Mac and PC, however, it does still images of what the lecturer is writing/doing, etc.
The Magnilink S, a Swedish CCTV being marketed by Eschenbach, does video as well as images. Another option for the students is the Hovercam, (http://www.thehovercam.com/) a small, portable document camera that does OCR, and also takes HD video. It's much cheaper than a CCTV, but of course you need the vision to operate it.
I'm note sure if you can integrate the video into Audio Notetaker, or other notetaking software.
