Great suggestions, Teresa.

I'd add that if accessing a physical keyboard is not a possibility, it's
time to consider switch input as an option.

Android OS can be controlled with a switch, as can iOS, MacOS and Windows.
There are many options available.. An interface is not terrible expensive.
Perhaps some help from OT or RT may be needed to find the best mounting
location for one or more switches.

It's time to tech-up!
