[Athen] Text to Speech Reader

Natural Reader is another software and/or app that would allow him to type
and have the text read aloud. There is a free, downloadable version and an
educational version (cost effective). If he uses a Bluetooth speaker, he
can adjust the volume loud enough for the entire class to hear.
