[Athen] web-based mail option that's accessible?

Thanks for the suggestions folks. So far it appears that HTML-based Gmail
is a possible contender.

One detail I omitted is that the student is non-matriculated and can't
access some of the software "regular" students have access to, such as the
free copy of Office including Outlook. Not only is he learning Windows and
JAWS, but English too!
