[Athen] student file and documentation management

Dear, Colleagues:

I have a few questions regarding student files and documentation:


*         How does your college maintain student files for disability/accommodation services?  Electronic, paper or both?

*         If files are stored electronically - where are they stored (secure drive, etc.)?

*         If students request a copy of their file (or documentation) is that provided to them?  If so, is there a fee and what is the cost?
