In case you have not heard the great news, InnoCaption has been approved by the FCC. We will be relaunching our service on July 7, 2016.

If you have re-registered, you can go into the InnoCaption App and click on “Settings” to view your new InnoCaption phone number. The area code of your new number should match the area code of your mobile device unless you have received an email stating otherwise.

NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE LATEST APP? Delete the old App and go to either the Apple Store or Play Store to download the latest version.

If you have not re-registered, please go to www.innocaption.com/register<http://innocaption.us9.list-manage.com/track/click?u=66408039b1e3bdb53cee3c25f&id=c0a3d58c50&e=e017632610> in order to get your new InnoCaption Number. Due to great demand from our users, InnoCaption has partnered with a new VoIP provider that is able to provide InnoCaption Numbers that match the area code from your mobile phone. This means your old InnoCaption Number no longer exists.

If you would like to receive a InnoCaption Number that does not match the current area code of your mobile device, please send us an e-mail at support at innocaption.com<mailto:support at innocaption.com> to let us know prior to re-registering.

If you were not at the 2016 HLAA Convention and did not have a chance to demo the latest InnoCaption App, here are some of the things (both new and old) we have to offer:
·         FCC Funded
o    Users are able to download and use our App on their smartphones at no cost!
·         Live Stenographers
o    Our patented technology uses live stenographers instead of voice-recognition software, which allows us to provide captioning to your smartphone within 1-to-2 seconds at 95% accuracy or higher.
·         Voicemail
o    Our App provides captioning for all your voicemails, while allowing you to save or delete them from your phone.
·         Alternate Voice Path
o    Use any landline phone when making outgoing calls while receiving the captions on your smartphone simultaneously.
·         Contact List
o    InnoCaption uses the same contacts list that is already saved on your cellphone, allowing you to easily make phone calls.
·         Favorites
o    Add any phone number to your Favorites and make a phone call even faster!
·         Transcript
o    Manage your call history by reviewing and/or saving the captioning from any phone call.
·         911 Access
o    When you call 911 from the InnoCaption App, you are directed to InnoCaption’s Emergency Relay Center where you will be asked for your name, location, and your caption number will be confirmed. If you are unable to tell the operator where you are, they have the ability to put you on hold to obtain your cellphones GPS coordinates. The Emergency Relay Center then connects you to the appropriate 911 center. During your entire phone call you have a live stenographer providing captions.

Disclaimer: Calling 911 from a landline remains the best way to contact 911 in an emergency.
