[Athen] Frustrations with Access Text/Pearson

I have having the most frustrating experience with Acccess Text and a Pearson book and I do not know how to resolve it – I have not had a problem before – I received this email copy/pasted below: but I have not received the email from Pearson with the download instructions – this is the first time I have ever had this problem and it seems to be isolated to this book – I replied to them on the access text site that I did not receive the separate email – so they resent it – still did not get it so I put in a new request and again did not get it – has this happened to anyone and if yes how did you resolve it?
