[Athen] Accessibility of Digital Signage, Four Winds in particular

I feel like I've asked this question before so my apologies if I'm
repeating myself.

I'm wondering how other campuses are handing the accessibility of digital
signage on campus, including streamed content, way-finding information and
other information displayed on digital signage throughout campus?

We use Four Winds and they don't seem to even have the capability to
provide captions when they display streaming content from 3rd party sources
such as cable-news.

Any info anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.
