[Athen] Zoomtext 10.1 Network error / Zoomtext 10.1 refuses to start

I don't know if you or your IT department have seen this Zoomtext
troubleshooting PDF from Accessing Higher Ground, but it looks like there
might be some known installation issues that could be resolved. Feel free
to disregard if you've already tried the tips from the document.
