[Athen] Zoomtext 10.1 Network error / Zoomtext 10.1 refuses to start

Hello all,

We seem to have a recurring problem and I'm not sure what to do about it. Zoomtext (our district has a network license of Zoomtext Magnifier / Reader) has been throwing network license related errors seemly on and off for the last several months.

Here is the error read out we keep getting.

One of the following licenses is required:
■ CodeMeterAct 5000198:2001101
Failure reason: The CmActLicense has to be activated again, Error 263.


Our IT department has had to reinstall the network license several times so far because this keeps happening. Does anyone have any idea on how to keep this from happening.


Any input would be greatly appreciated.
