[Athen] Accessibility improvements in Microsoft Access

Hi, thank you for sharing this. I have been waiting on some
accessibility updates on Access for a while. I was going to contact
Microsoft soon to see about pushing Accessibility for Access, but it
looks like they are already aware of the lack of accessibility for
Access. It would be nice if the Access team would make Jaws and or
NVDA work with it, but I suppose you can't have everything. I will
probably still put in the request though.

I am glad to see that Microsoft is finally taking a look at improving
accessibility.
