It is a very sad day for me. I was on the faculty committee that hired Ron to his first access tech job at Oregon State. We have been friends and colleagues for a very long time. RIP Ron! You will be missed.

Sad news to share.

I have been informed that Ron Stewart passed away last night.  He was the guy that gave me my foundation in alternate format, so I could go on and grow into the position I am today.  I will be forever grateful for that, and for all of his contributions to the University communities he helped in his many years of hard work with digital accessibility.

He will certainly be missed by many.
