[Athen] Live Scribe error message

Hi Bryon,
Have you held the ctrl key down and left-clicked on file to open the menu and then go “open from context menu”?  If that doesn’t work let me know, my colleague has a longer fix that she uses that seems to be foolproof.

Hi all,

I am attempting to install the Echo desktop on a Mac Book Air laptop and I keep getting a pop up message from the Mac Book that says the download/install is not a recognized app and the computer is identifying it as Malware. Any suggestions on how to get around this issue so the student can use the Live Scribe Echo pen?
