[Athen] Pagination issues in Alt Format

Hello, I've never gotten any complaints about this but I do inform the
students that the pagination may not always match. If I request a PDF
version of an alternative text from the publisher, either through ATN or
the publisher directly, do the pages usually match up with the text?
