Thanks, Jay!
I did talk with the student about the first two options. I'm glad to know
that OneNote works well on the iPad! I encouraged her to look at OneNote,
but we were trying to come up with an alternative to using a graphics
tablet with her Mac. She liked the idea of using OneNote because of the
ability to record as well, plus keeping all the info organized. I just
hadn't thought about the option of using it on the iPad!
