[Athen] The Ribbon in Microsoft Word

Hi Robert, et all ATHENITES,

It does matter in Office 365. Dragon Naturally Speaking, which relies on
the same Aria supports JAWS & NVDA use, and the voice navigation does not
work consistently in Office 365 when it does (better) in the desktop
version of MS Office.

My shorthand, short version to contribute to the conversation.
