[Athen] People Admin, the cloud-based talent management solution

I'm inquiring about  People Admin, the cloud-based talent management solution for education and government entities. The audience is K-12, higher education and government, PeopleAdmin is used for the hiring processes,  and other elements of HR.

Is anyone familiar with this product and if it is accessible?  Can applicants who use screen readers use it successfully?
