[Athen] Obtaining Law Books from Publishers

Hello:

I have a law student who has submitted requests for alternative formats
which I must request from the publishers.  Unfortunately, this student does
not have a receipt because the books were purchased for her by Voc Rehab
services.  I have offered to scan the books for the student.  Have any of
you experienced this before?  Are there any other options?
