[Athen] supporting a student using text-to-speech to hear mathematics and other STEM content read aloud

You might look at EquatIO from TextHelp. The student could select an
equation with a rubber band like tool and then it will OCR the math off of
the screen and read it out loud (using TTS). The tool does a pretty decent
job of getting the math right.
