Echoing Mr. Marositz's comments -

While both Read and Write Gold and ReadSpeaker will function in a web-based
environment, Read and Write Gold has much greater functionality as a
literacy solution for students with print-disabilities and reading issues.
Read and Write also offers the additional capability to operate as an
application on both macOS and Windows as well as offer solutions for study
skills, writing, math recognition, etc.

With any of these text-to-speech tools, the initial questions I try to
answer is what are you trying to do? What functionality are you trying
to achieve? What platforms are you looking to support?
