[Athen] Resetting Smart Pens

Do a search for Echo Pen Flash utility and download it from Livescribe
support. Depending on how you are set up IT may have to install it for you.
As you can see in my response above I don't use the pen flash utility on
PC. People seem to be going through a lot more steps then I do, I must be
using an old version. I'll have to check my processes and get back to the
group.

I do use the pen flash utility on mac and downloaded it from the Livescribe
support site via google.
