[Athen] Resetting Smart Pens

I've had that happen. Its not great. Let me weed through my processes and
see what I can find. I am on a mac today and dont have access to a PC with
Echo Desktop so its hard to poke around. On Mac you have to hit left CTRL
(I think, Im working on a mac with a PC keyboard so the muscle memory is a
bit scrambled :)) to get the reset options to show up. Its sounds really
ridiculous but I've had luck unplugging and replugging the micro usb from
the pen multiple times to get the pen to show up in the menus. Is it
recognizing the pen at all?

It shouldn't be so fidgety and unscientific but it has been. Sorry I can't
be more specific I'll try to be more thorough in a bit.
