[Athen] Have you had issues with JAWS authentication using site license?

Hello Khaleel,

We have not had difficulty with our JAWS server for a few years, but we did have some trouble when JAWS shared the server with other Sintenel servers, such as those for AutoCad and SPSS.  Once we moved the JAWS server to a machine that does not share with other Sintenel servers the problems went away.

Hello,

We have been having an issue with JAWS licenses. JAWS authenticate with the server license but we’ve had issues authenticating multiple times this year. Each time we had to restart the server license. I was wondering if this issue is appearing for other institutes.

Please, let me know if you had a bad experience with JAWS authentication using site license servers.
