Forgot to mention that much of the information in this training also applies to NVDA. There are some JAWS specific keystrokes (like using the table layer to find the delete check box) but most of this is screen reader independent.

Many of my screen reader using students seem to really struggle with reading email. Especially if you have those new to using screen reading technology, be sure they listen to this.
