[Athen] In need of files for book

Hello esteemed colleagues.

I have already contacted the publisher (ABC-CLIO) and they are refusing to send us a file.  They also asked some very nosy questions in order to give me "permission" to scan the student's copy.  I declined to provide them any information they asked for and reminded them that we are not obligated to seek or acquire their permission before scanning a book. Today is NOT the day to mess with me! Ha!
