My institution is looking to develop a webpage that will house information about our commitment to accessibility on our public website. As I envision it, among other things, there will be a link to contact someone if they find something inaccessible, information about who to contact if a user has other accessibility connected concerns and basic information about our various accessibility policies and/or procedures. The intended audience for this page is the general public.

I am looking for examples of what others have done to get ideas on how to organize the page and content ideas so I don't overlook something important. I have already looked at numerous sites, but few have the general public as the intended audience. Most of the sites I've looked at seem to have the campus community as the intended audience for the information housed at the site. (I'm also going to propose a page for our intranet site, that has college staff as the audience for those policies, forms and practices of interest and application for our staff.)

Can anyone suggest sites I should look at?

Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Susie
