Eric et al ATHENites,

You can use regular (plain, unlined) paper to print the LS dot paper
yourself.
The LS PEN must be connected to your computer when you do this. The pen
will act as the link to the printer. Your printer must have ADOBE printer
files loaded.

If it were my student, I would suggest having the paper & margins set for
comb binding, have your printshop predrill the holes. Or purchase 3 or
5-ring binder paper with the holes already drilled (you can purchase reams
of pre-drilled plain paper). This way the student will have a place to
store their pages in some kind of safe orderly fashion.
