[Athen] Job description for creating alternate descriptions

Hello,
I hope everyone is doing well.  I'm looking for an example of a job description for someone who would create alternate descriptions for images.  If you have one, please share.  Also any resources you can point me to where I might find examples would be greatly appreciated.
