[Athen] online classes considerations

Hi all,
Our college will be, as others already are, moving
temporarily to all online classes. What kind of
things are you making faculty aware of who don't have any
online presence, specifically about types of documents
they post? Are you recommending they use pdfs over
Word docs? Or vice versa? I know in general all documents
need to be accessible, but in this temporary situation, what
advice are you giving faculty on this?
As far as math stuff, one faculty wants to post stuff using
pdfs. That is not as accessible for reading math as a Word doc is.
How are you dealing with that with math faculty? (We use NVDA+Math
Type and MathPlayer to read Word math stuff on campus. Students
needing math screen readers for exams at home is another issue.)

Thanks for any advice on this,
