[Athen] online classes considerations

For us at Columbus State University, it's not all or one thing. We are
rolling out an approach, keeping in mind that, at the least, critical
documents need to get into the course (syllabus, schedule, gradebook).
After getting familiar with how the interface works, we are then inviting
use of accessible document templates, followed by demonstration and
training. If we had the luxury of time, we would have folks make their Word
or PDF documents accessible first, but for now we are directing people to
use HTML files and providing accessible template structure into which they
can copy their content and make it accessible using the LMS tools.
