I'm looking for a digital copy of:

Hartley and Marks Publishing said the rights reverted back to Ilex Press, but I don't see the book in their current offerings and haven't heard back from them. One of my students purchased the print version of the book, but isn't able to return to campus right now, so just exploring my options before I buy a copy and start scanning.
