[Athen] Online orientation using Advantage Design Group production

Hi Cassie,

That's exactly what our Admissions/Orientation staff were told. As I
explained to the staff member with whom I was speaking, the statement that
"it is accessible" could mean the company only looked at a limited area of
the product and only reviewed access for screenreaders, but not any other
potential barriers.

I've asked them to see if they received a VPAT. That would at least give a
starting point for issues that could be encountered.
