Encourage your students to follow up here. Big publishers need to hear from them! From the weekly newsletter of the American council Of The Blind:
*** Pearson Accessibility
ACB has received reports from students about accessibility challenges with a learning platform called Pearson that is widely used at college and universities across the country. If you have used the program at your college or university, please reach out to ACB's Advocacy & Outreach Specialist Claire Stanley. Please let us know what university you attend, what class or course the program is used for, the specific task the technology is used to perform, when you took the class that used the software, if you reported the problem to Pearson directly and how they responded, if you reported this issue to the college's disability services office and how they responded, and a detailed summary of your experience. Contact Claire by email cstanley at acb.org<mailto:cstanley at acb.org>, or by phone 202 467-5081. We are eager to learn about the prevalence of this issue and to see if we can remedy the issues.
