Temporary Alternative Text/Assistive Technology Manager

Harvard University Division of Continuing Education is seeking a part to full-time Temporary Alternative Text/Assistive Technology Manager to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations and needs for students affiliated with the Harvard Extension and Summer Schools.  The person will be responsible to manage and coordinate the alternative text and assistive technology needs for students with disabilities, specifically for students with visual impairments. The incumbent person must be a self-starter, have exceptional communication skills (written and oral), ability to manage competing priorities, manage deadlines, and possess knowledge and an understanding of common assistive technology needs for students.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately bringing an understanding of these areas and the role of accessibility services in college settings.  Pay is commensurate with experience and education (three or more years of experience supporting students with visual impairments and other disabilities preferred).
