hello:
 my director would like to know if any one has any good recommendations
for training and or conferences for a person new to access that is  in a
lead role he has some access background but specifically is looking to talk
to others that  are in leadership roles of access programs to be more
effective as a leader. please let me know if your willing to talk with him
or have any recommendations of  training and or conferences he should
