[Athen] [External] O&M training

Thank you again to everyone who responded! We are fortunate to have access
to a great O&M trainer. I was just needing to get an idea of how many view
O&M training (even limited) as a "personal care" vs accommodation. I
appreciate everyone's information and the resources shared!
