[Athen] VitalSource Bookshelf

hello:
 could someone let me know if VitalSource Bookshelf has changed in the past
year or two? Do they still  require disabled students to use the accessible
version of the platform and only provide the accessible version on that
separate  portal. also if any of you have any information about access over
all i would appreciate it lucy
