[Athen] What's the current state of graphing calculators for the blind?

We had an old Ti-94 talking graphing calculator we cannot locate. Since my dean is purchasing stuff now, I wondered what the current state is for talking graphing calculators for blind students taking statistics and higher math courses?
I also have some software "AGC Talking graphing calculator" but we purchased it back in the Windows XP days and it is copy protected so harder to share with multiple students. Probably doesn't even run under Windows 10 anyway.
My current crop of blind student have iPHONES. Does anyone know if there exists a talking graphing calculator app for the phone?
And if we need to buy something, recommendations are welcome.
