[Athen] zoom tost messages not getting focus for screenreader

hello:
 i am have problems  lately with zoom not focusing the informational tost
message like this meeting is beeing record or streemed that you have to
acknowledge. when i join a meeting  that has one or more of these  types of
event and brings up the ok dialog its not focus auomaticly for the screen
reader.
the problem is before i click ok i am muted and it will not let me  unmuit
until i acknowledge that dialg that i don't even know is there. has any one
else see this condition. i have been botted out of creatal meetings because
they could not here me and did not think i was there so i want to check if
any one else has seen this first before reporting it thanks lucy
