[Athen] Accessible webinar/video conferencing software

Go To Meeting (Log me In) is an absolute no, as I can't interact with this
at all with my screen reader. My most recent experience with this was when
attempting to join a Texthelp webinar; for some reason, they use Go To
Meeting (I really can't imagine why anyone does when there are way better
options out there), but Texthelp assures me that they will be moving from
this to another platform sometime this year. I personally don't understand
the delay, but there it is. Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, the other two
popular ones that come to mind, are fine.
