[Athen] Accessible webinar/video conferencing software

We have a review of accessibility issues around Zoom
<https://wiki.diglib.org/Zoom_Accessibility> from the DLF Digital
Accessibility Working Group.

I can attest to the inaccessibility (and it wasn't very easy to use) in
BlueJeans when I used it in 2018-2019. We switched to Zoom, instead.
