[Athen] Phonak RogerOn BlueTooth Pairing

Anyone have hints for getting a RogerOn mic to BlueTooth pair with Phonak Audeo hearing aids? The student had their hearing aids paired with Phonak's PartnerMic at their previous school, so I just assumed the RogerOn would pair right away, but so far haven't had any luck, but also haven't contacted Phonak yet.

Also curious if anyone has the inside scoop on when the LiveScribe Echo 2's might be available?  I have a few early adopters that love the Symphony's but most of them like being able to tap the page to listen, so hoping to restock my Echo supply sooner rather than later.
