[Athen] guide book

hi:
 have any of you reviewed guide book and worked with them to try and get
better accessibility. we have now reviewed it twice and they actually added
more  access blockers then fixing any of the ones we found the first time.
we are hoping to point at one or two other schols that have asked them to
fix access problems lucy
