[Athen] length of time student facing files are kept in LMS.

Hello wise ones,

I am looking for any policies or information regarding how long student facing files are kept in the LMS. For example, a book we produce or class handouts, how long do you recommend that we continue to grant access. We use Blackboard if that helps or matters. Now I’m not referencing the physical files, just those student facing in the LMS, we are looking at cutting down the number of files that we have in our organization within blackboard. But were wondering what other schools were doing regarding similar items.
