[Athen] Question abut the program zoom text

Hello!

Is anyone familiar with the program Zoom Text?

I have a student and parent who is using it and they are having issues with
this program with it not reading PDF.

I am not familiar with this program nor any other program that is meant for
low vision users.

Any suggestions on other programs that you know works with PDFS is welcome
or troubling shooting is greatly appreciated.
