I think you have access to the already-made tutorials on the CCC-Online platform that California provides. Have you seen those?

Also, while it is admirable to want to make PDFs accessible for screen readers, it really is kind of hit or miss. If I'm working with a blind student, I do not worry about fixing a PDF, I just take the document straight to word and format it properly before sending it on to the student.

My name is Daniel LaGrow, I am a new Accessibility Technician at SUNY Fredonia. I am working on a tutorial series on how to make PDFs accessible in Adobe Acrobat, and test them with NVDA. However, sometimes NVDA reads the PDF correctly and sometimes it does not. Is there anyone I can contact for assistance for a zoom call or over the phone? Thank you!
