[Athen] EPUB to HTML issues

Read and Write will read epubs pretty well.  Is the student unable to use the epub as is that way?

Wink suggested printing to PDF, and that would work and Read and Write could read those, but the navigation might be a problem plus there will be header information on every page that would be hard to avoid. Those PDFs would at minimum need some cropping.

Is this a Bookshare epub, or something else?

Hello all,

Twice now I have extracted the HTML files from an EPUB book but Read&Write was not able to read it. I tried opening the files in Chrome and Edge with no luck. I was able to get the reader in Edge to read the content and my screen reader would read it fine, but not Read&Write. Any ideas why?
